The Miscellaneous AR module takes the billing power of enQuesta and extends it beyond the normal scope of utility billing. This module makes it possible to do both one-time and recurring bills for items outside of the normal rate/usage structure, generating a bill automatically upon the closure of a work order that requires a miscellaneous bill and posting to the customer’s account as any other bill would, instantly becoming a part of that customer’s receivable balance.

 

Beyond the power of additional billing methods, this module also extends enQuesta’s billing capabilities outside of the utility’s customer base. Did a visitor or non-resident take advantage of a sales offer, or do damage that requires a bill? No problem with Misc AR. Non-customer information can be entered and the bill can still be generated and mailed, and the monies owed tracked as normal.
