
Implementations of enQuesta, and other major enQuesta projects, are all run under the guidance of our dedicated, certified Project Managers and our central Project Management Office. The implementation of such a major piece of software can have hundreds or thousands of individual tasks, when viewed at the finest detail, so it’s through the knowledge, precision and dedication of our PMs that we present this complex set of tasks in a manner our customers can consume and comprehend.
The S&S PM follows a thoroughly tested and revised project management methodology that ensures that every major aspect of the project has a dedicated plan, laying out all requirements, tasks and milestones, so both parties can continually track project progress. The PM will also spend significant time on-site throughout the project, ensuring face-to-face communication and knowledge sharing, which is a hallmark of our implementation process and a significant differentiator for enQuesta.
