Systems & Software Welcomes a New Member to its Leadership Team

May 12h 2022 — Winooski, VT — For Immediate Distribution — Today, Systems & Software announced the appointment of Shannon Martin to the position of Vice President, Sales & Marketing.


With over 15 years of experience, Shannon has worked in Professional Services, Support & Account Management and is also a well-respected sales professional within the utility industry and the Harris Computer Family.


When Shannon joined S&S, she worked in Professional Services for 3+yrs, where she learned about the industry, our customers, and the intricacies of complex project management. She possesses vast industry knowledge & a depth of experience in implementing our products with various customers- –– both large & small utilities ––across the United States. After her time with Professional Services, she seamlessly moved into Account Management with the Sales & Marketing Team.

She successfully managed several upgrades for the install base customers and secured new business as an Account Manager. In 2018, she accepted the promotion to Director, Sales & Marketing, and continued to lead the team through her experience in Account Management and her ability to drive the business forward. Shannon most recently led the Customer Success Team, a newly formed group that focuses on Customer Support & Account Management.


Shannon is also heavily involved in the community, managing Lone Wolf Athletics in her free time. Her passion & love for the game of basketball radiates with her four children, who are actively involved in community sports. Shannon enjoys spending time with her family & friends, cheering on her beloved Boston Celtics & Boston Red Sox, and running in community marathons and half marathons.
